I do not understand why modern building need to basically be greenhouses for people? Yes, you get nice views in the woods (but plenty of new buildings in un-aesthetic urban areas are made the same way) and it's probably warm in the winter, but it looks like there's no privacy and it will be miserable in the summer. Well, maybe not so much in Canada. Still, I like opaque walls.
