Bird deaths aside, because it's a TV show, and no birds will die unless the writers want them to, on the same logic that people who make working-class salaries on TV can live in big houses and condos they'd never be able to afford in reality,

I think aesthetically from the outside it looks kinda neat but I could never live in something like that. I'd feel like I was in a fishbowl even if it's the middle of nowhere with nobody else around.
