Same here. When I realized that I don't have to make sure everyone likes me it was a big pressure lifted off. Some people have their own baggage, and it's not my job to figure it out and smooth things over. Also, there are people who I myself don't like and I'd rather we not engage than have to deal with them trying to appeal themselves to me.
