The TV adaptation of Death Comes to Pemberly is considerably better than the book, mostly due to the performances of the actors playing Lydia and Wickham. The mystery is not much of a mystery in either, but the TV version is livelier.

Good to know. I keep telling myself that I should read the book someday, but maybe I’ll just rewatch the TV series. Though I should really read one of her books, just to round out my knowledge of mystery fiction.
