This is exactly why I think it should be 18 - kids in college are going to drink whether adults want them to or not, and when they can't do so legally, it means they're going to resort to questionable methods in order to do so, like you said. It's much better that they be able to do it safely and legally and not have to hide it or lie about it for fear of getting in trouble.
