I’ll ask the obvious question: what does being unhappy that Jimmy Carr is being rewarded for being a piece of shit have to do with American politicians? Do you think he should get a free pass from the British public because American politicians aren’t held to account for their crimes? This secret just doesn’t make sense.

I am assuming the OP is American and talking from an American experience listening to other Americans voice their opinions on this British comedian.

Seems like a pretty simple angle to jump to I'm kind of laughing a bit at your anger and frustration here. But just a bit. Sometimes I get annoyed at secrets that seem to make no sense to me too.
