Some versions of Melkor/Sauron, especially after Melkor is stuck in one huge body.

Also Legolas/Gimli.

Omigosh yes! Though everyone talks about Frodo and Sam from the films, Legolas and Gimli's push and pull dynamic really stood out to me in LOTR!

Endeavor/Hawks, Levi/Erwin, Geralt/Jaskier, Thorin/Bilbo, Brienne/Jaime, Sansa/Sandor, Sidon/Link, Toji/Gojo, Bane/Blake, Derek/Stiles, Crocodile/Buggy/Mihawk, Vegeta/Bulma.

Ooo, yes, Thorin/Bilbo. I used to be super into that, and I still occasionally read fics even if I've cooled a bit on those movies overall.

They are adorable. These days I ship Legolas/Gimli a bit more, but I do still love them. In general, inter-species Tolkien ships are a thing I absolutely adore.

They’re one of my top forever-ships, the sheer ‘what could have been’ for them routinely has me in a chokehold where I need to read AU’s where Thorin(and his nephews) don’t die and Bilbo gets to keep him. Canon who? lol.

Netflix Witcher Geralt/Jaskier? Aren't they pretty much the same height? Or is this about bulk?

It is the bulk (and strength). Love when one can pick up the other and just hold them up for hours (if they needed to).

Resident mammett shipper, so my age gap comes with an 11" height difference. Which I love, as a size difference enjoyer, but I must admit I love it even more for the fact that we know that-- at least for short distances-- the little guy is fully capable of carrying the big guy.

I'll second Legolas/Gimli, too, love them.

I love Astartes x Baseline humans. Right now I'm absolutely feral for Cerestes x Rack from Apostle. I also love Cato Sicarius x Macragge Diplomat and SM2 Ultramarine x Chapter Serf.

I'm very partial to ships that mix size difference with species difference. Since my fandoms are Sonic the Hedgehog and Transformers, that's usually a shorter Mobian with a taller human, or a gigantic battle mecha with a puny human.

There's these two, I've posted about them on my journal.

Sonic the Hedgehog/Princess Elise:

When she kneels they are the same height lol Surge the Tenrec/Princess Elise

I also ship Elise with Sonic's evil knockoff, whose life purpose is to kill him. Since Surge was modified with his DNA, I headcanon that some of his tastes randomly transferred to her. Including his simping for tall human women.

There's literally only one other person on the internet who ships it. If her and Elise interact in canon, I will eat my hat.

Marissa Faireborn/Thundercracker

I am getting a little lazy from adding the images, so I will only show one Transformers ship.

Given the Transformers live for millennia, she will be gone in a blink of an eye for him. Still, they are such a lovely old married couple.

Mulder/Scully. Not a HUGE size difference (about 10" IIRC), but definitely enough to be notable. Gillian having to stand on an apple crate during two-shots was a fact that amused and delighted shippers back in the day.

Damen/Laurent from The Captive Prince trilogy. Laurent is not short, Damen is just really big. Their heights are not canonically given, but I feel like 5'11" for Laurent and 6'5" for Damen is a fairly common headcanon, and the size difference is amplified by the fact that Laurent is lean and narrow in build, while Damen is much broader and more obviously muscular.
