Sorry you are dealing with it too. I honestly didn't think it would be this bad since I had a hysterectomy a number of years ago and only have ovaries left. I wasn't expecting it to be this bad.

The urinary issues are real. It helps to work on pelvic floor exercises, even just occasionally.

On the plus side, my lifelong battle with acne has almost disappeared here near the end.
