Thanks. Everything is harder right now. I imagine it is harder in schools too, at least in the US. Kids can usually sense when things aren't good. I can imagine it must be hard seeing their stress and figuring out the best way to help them while making sure they keep learning as well.

Honestly it's admin that's the most exhausting. And parents. Sadly, and as usual, kids get caught in the crossfire. Soooo many of them are just completely checked out, which I can understand and try to work with because they are absorbing adult stress and don't have the wiring to deal.

Oh, absolutely, administration is always the worst. And kids always have to carry the burden of the adults around them. I feel so much for kids these days.
