Mulan's mother was still alive. She's not really a princess though, but she gets pulled into the "Disnery Heroine" group a lot.

Erm...Snow White and Cinderella had stepmoms, although that didn't really work out so hot for them.

Dunno if it counts, but one of the main characters in Emperor's New Groove had a wife and kids, and she remained alive... she was pregnant in fact, I think the first and only time there was pregnancy shown in a Disney film!
