Roger Moore and Pierce Brosnan as James Bond really do draw the distinction between fashionable and stylish. Moore was an icon of Fashion, and really was the most Fashionable Bond, but Brosnan was the most stylish. Fashion and style, there is a difference.
Daniel Craig being neither stylish nor fashionable

You had me up to the last line. I guess you missed the last 15ish years of skinny suits.

True, but you need to have a certain build to make skinny suits look good (-ish, never did like them myself, regardless of who was in them). Craig's Bond suits looked like they shrunk in the washer.

Fashion is for rich skinny conformists. Style isn't.

On the plus side, Daniel Craig's getting hotter as he gets older. The other two both peaked around age 55.

I think I read somewhere that Daniel Craig's suits were deliberately tight-fitting, for Reasons. I didn't care for it, myself. It made him look like he was busting out of his suit because he spent too much time at the gym, and it looked uncomfortable as hell. His styling for say, Knives Out is far more flattering because it fits.

Whereas Pierce Brosnan would look good wearing a garbage bag. Roger Moore, whatever one's opinion of him as Bond, looks dapper af.
