Any upcoming movies, TV shows, books, games, etc. that you’re especially looking forward to?

I’m planing to see a couple of new movies in the next few weeks or months…

Marama – a period gothic horror film about a Māori woman who arrives in England to learn more about what happened to her parents. Looks creepy and beautiful and cathartic. trailer on YouTube

I Love Boosters – a crime comedy movie about organized shoplifters who turn their sights on a particularly haughty and ruthless fashion designer. Looks like a lot of fun. trailer on YouTube

Hamlet – an original-language, modern day version staring Riz Ahmed as the son of a prominent Pakistani family in London. Yet another adaptation, but I’m a fan of the play and I like seeing it placed in new settings. trailer on YouTube

Hamlet, Odyssey, Mandalorian and Grogu, Masters of the Universe (maybe), Supergirl, Moana live action, Coyote vs. Acme, Dune 3, new Avengers movie (maybe), Jumanji 4, and the Legend of Aang.

I am excited about the new Maul show. Already started, but I haven't had a chance to watch yet.

Oooh I hadn't heard of this new Hamlet adaptation. Hamlet is one of my favorites and I really enjoy seeing how different people adapt it.

I am looking forward to seeing Project Hail Mary once I can get ahold of it!

Tomodachi Life comes out TOMORROW! Sadly I ordered it late and my copy won't be here until Monday, but still.

I don't think any of my favorite authors have anything coming out this year, sadly.
