I really think there is a fun activity everyone is missing here: dreaming up ways to survive the zombie apocalypse despite minor to moderate health conditions. Most people with ADHD won’t have a problem in a post apocalyptic world; they can be a follower in a group instead of a leader so their executive dysfunction isn’t a major issue. High cholesterol? I’d say many people with that would also be fine because diet and lifestyle will drastically change. There are so many conditions that hinder us in modern society that I just don’t think would be as bad in the zombie apocalypse (or other kinds). There are some that would be much more dire and I think daydreaming about surviving with them can be even more fun. I also think people who daydream about surviving in a post apocalyptic world overlook a lot things that would be more of a struggle for them than some of us with issues that hinder us now. Food is the main one I think of because most food is deadly to me due to how it’s processed. All that goes away when the zombies start killing everyone off.
