…this didn’t even occur to me but explains a lot. Part of why I hate washing and drying the chicken is because of all the cleanup it entails. I also have to wash my hands so many times and it’s really tough on my skin but I refuse to use disposable food handling gloves because I despise single use plastic. I do have a pair of reusable gloves but they’re cumbersome so it’s easier to just have my husband help me. I finish cleanup just around the time he finishes flattening so it works perfectly for us.
