I'm not living with them, but I have borrowed some money from them for bills and I know they're looking forward to me being able to pay them back (which I'd still be able to do with the first job).

I had a long talk with my mom and their concern is that they think the one with the higher overall pay (a large company) would have more job stability than the other which is a small business that's just starting out. She thinks that there's some uncertainty with the smaller one and that the bigger one would be a better option long term and said that's the one she would take if it was her, but obviously the decision is mine, and then she ended up talking positively about the smaller company and said how maybe I could grow with it, etc. So IDK. I have a meeting with the owner tomorrow and unless there's some unforeseen issue, I'm definitely leaning towards taking that one and turning down the other.
