How comfortable are you living with your parents and vice versa? Do you see a future where they get so difficult to live with that you wish you could make a speedy exit, or one where they kick you out? If so, #2 and save save save for financial independence. If you're otherwise okay and your parents aren't asshats, #1. A good workplace environment is worth a lot, as is your mental health. Also, what if there's a chance that a part time job could turn into full time? Then you'd be set.

Not sure where you got that I live with them? I've borrowed some money from them for rent and other expenses, but I don't actually live with them. I feel like the main difference with the money would be attempting to buy a house but I don't see that happening either way (and honestly am not sure I'd want to after seeing how much work it is from my parents and other relatives) so that part doesn't really matter much anyway.

Yeah, there seems to be a chance it might be full time eventually, which would be great. I'm definitely leaning towards that one.
