It's not at all silly. You could've been badly injured, even killed. As someone who's lost loved ones in a car crash, that's a very real danger you escaped, and it's perfectly normal to be traumatized by it. Especially when it was job-related, and (presumably) you're still driving around every week in the same truck.

I'm sorry that happened to you, and I hope you get the help you need. It'll take a while, your nervous system is probably on high alert because of that close call and it takes a physical and mental toll.
