Is it migraine season because I was thinking the same yesterday in the middle of a flare up I don't think non migraneurs realize how debilitating it is. It's not just a headache, it's hypersensitivity, even physical symptoms, it's a bit like a fever sometimes and you can't give your 100% at all. It gets frustrating particularly if you want to give your all like I did at my previous job :( I had strategies but also had non flare up periods that made me wish I could just work like that always.
