There is a very, very long fic in my fandom that is almost at its conclusion, and the author seems to have totally given up on finishing it. She has had life changes which is very understandable. But it's so hard when I see her doing other fics for different fandoms, but not finishing the one for the fandom I enjoy. I would NEVER complain to her about it but it honestly hurts me that we're so so so close to the end and it seems that she isn't going to finish it. 😭

Here's the part that's a secret:
Like I said, I have not said anything to her and will not and I would never harass her but the bad part of me wants to spam her B E G G I N G her to finish it. I WILL NOT but part of me wants to. Just so she knows how much people want it.

I understand the frustration. Sorry it's happening to you. Maybe if you only send one email politely explaining why you love their fic so much, they'll want to finish it?
