I'm sorry you've been unable to enjoy your previous hobbies. Have you tried some less strenuous ones you can just do in little bits? Like latch hooking?

I did, but now they take up too much of my energy budget, and I have problems with sitting. But that's why writing is so helpful - I can go over scenes in my mind before committing them to the screen.
