For those wondering what the confessor is ranting about, Contra has been cutting ties with far left people in the online space and becoming more of a normie lib. Naturally everyone is super duper mad about it especially since it means less caahhhnteeeent from Youtube for people to listen to on a second screen while they play a videogame. Contra is a contrarian *badum tish* and far left people are extremely annoying so she's been purging her relationships with a lot of them. But there has not been a big watershed moment or call out or anything like that. Contra is just moving to the popular girls table and the nerds are big mad.

I thought it was more than that. It believed it was a mix of what happened with "Joanne" (pseudonym), falling out with Philosophytube, dealing with Twitter cancel mobs salivating to harass a trans woman for ANYTHING, and the fallout from the 2024 election... I don't blame her. I've been going through similar things with far lefty ex friends.
