Because I'm getting tons of PMs and stuff about this: stuff featuring actual porn of lolicon/shota/whatever will be linked, or was supposed to be just linked, just like every other secret featuring explicit porn. But sometimes I make mistakes and a secret gets by that should have been just linked. If a secret is posted that should be linked or warned for, notify me in the name the fandom thread and I'll fix it as soon as I can.

Unfortunately, secrets about lolicon/shota will not be banned because some people think it's wrong or gross or whatever. Some people think fic about rape or gore is wrong or gross or whatever. Some people think slash is wrong or gross or whatever. I'm sure everyone agrees that actual child porn is a bad thing. Lolicon/shota is not actual child porn.

Once again, I'm sorry for letting #127 get past my radar yesterday, and will try not to let it happen again.

Did you read the other comments at all? It's legitimately upsetting to some people, and has the possibility of getting other people in serious legal trouble. "Just scroll down" doesn't work, because by that point you've already seen it and it's already downloaded to your temp files.

There are things about rape and such posted that upsets me but it's not getting taken down. Again, I just scroll past them and as for getting in legally in trouble - there was no sex happening in the picture. Now if the picture actually had them having sex or something sexual happened - then I would be upset.

It contained a drawing a of a naked child--I'm not familiar with the laws in those countries, but if drawings count as pornography there, I'm 99% sure that would too.

Okay, seriously, if your local government arrests you for child pornography on the basis of ONE image in your TEMP files from a site that doesn't even exist for the express purpose of pornography, much less child pornography, then I never want to live there. Ever.

I highly doubt you'd get in any sort of trouble for that. Most law enforcement is far too busy with actual crimes to go hunt down the guy who clicked a link that accidentally had child pornography up.

THIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIS. Seriously, if they're banging down your door because of that I think you have better things to be worrying about.

Practical Question:

Say someone frequented a certain site (rule34.paheal.net to pick an example right out of the air) and this person lived in the UK.

Say this person scrolled past all the loli and shota and focused on the good stuff (and the not so good, but not Child related) Are you saying this person might want to think twice about handing his PC over to get mended?

Am I going to prison?
