OP here and yeah, Medicare and Medicaid both have a lot of
limitations. Most insurances now have lot of limitations and it's all combined with a shortage of medical staff. Waits for specialists are at an all time high and as bad as it for the aging boomers and Gen Xers, it's going to be much worse for Millennials and Gen Z when they reach middle age. The whole system is nearly as close to collapse as the NHS, which isn't to say either system is about to collapse but both are unsustainable. People have already been dying as a result of the strain on each system and it’s just going to get worse.
