(Anonymous) 2026-06-06 04:08 am (UTC)(link)however, I have seen more than a few fandom spaces there be entirely populated by people who don't want to talk nsfw - e.g. gaming subs full of cishet gamer bros who only want to talk powerlevels and shun any fanwork chat at all. good luck OP, may your fandom have its own okbuddy style horny chat where you can have fun with strangers.

Unless you're invited or close with someone to get you in, you're SOL. It's frustrating. I miss when it was as easy as posting fanart on deviantart and having someone respond "hey, I like that too" or vice versa.
