Dude. It's easy to use because the big players are in a testing and data collection phase. This technology will not be available for entertainment and cheating for much longer, and your options for working without it are drawing to a close.

I just don't understand the hatred directed at casual users. These corporations own the government, and they're going to achieve their goals no matter what. I mean, you do understand that, right? You understand that everyone could collectively stop using AI right now, and it wouldn't matter. ...Right??

DA but dude, I don't believe anything is inevitable and even if it was, that doesn't mean I'm gonna bend over and give up.

You need to learn about supply and demand, my guy.

AYRT

Let me break it down for you in terms of supply and demand.

Companies have invested huge amounts of money in AI so they can downsize their labor force.

AI corporations have used this money to build data centers.

If you think AI corps are out there building data centers to meet the demands of everyday people who are using it mostly for free... then I don't really know how to respond to that.

I despise AI. I hate that I can't even use Google in "regular" mode now. I open up Word and see Copilot, and I feel murderous. But I'm not so incredibly clueless that I think casual users are the problem or even a measurable percentage of the problem.
