See, I can understand the whole gift thing. If I didn't think my mum would look at me like I was insane, I'd probably ask for one for Christmas or something.

Haha. I thought my mom would look at me like I was insane, but I'm a spoiled brat (freely admitting this since I have no shame) so I didn't expect her to say no.

Maybe just talk to her about it, though? Some parents get it and some don't.
