7. Just take the compliment Dx Who cares if you're not a literary genius, the best writer on the internet? People still obviously like your stuff. That counts for something, doesn't it?

14. Only if they're also disgusted with themselves. Who doesn't like Van/Luke, at least a bit?

16. Original > fandom characters for me. I like the sense of freedom that doesn't come with pre-established ones. You still need to be consistent with an OC, of course, but there's not nearly so much pressure put on you than if you were playing, say, a KH character. Nobody can disagree with how you play your own creation because no one has a canon to compare him to.
