You can always find a custom plush artist to make you a really awesome plush of whatever you want, some of them are good enough to pass as official merch, with tags and everything.

When I was a little girl I used to pretend my Barbies were the girls from the X-Men cartoon because I didn't have dolls/action figures/figurines of them. Whatever works, OP. :D
(You could always take up sewing classes/practice like mad and attempt to make your own dolls. Then you could post pictures of them to gather attention to help build a fandom for the game.)
