Wait, wait, I thought I was done wanking, and I'm not: We're not talking about ~science~, asshole. We're talking about local instantiations of racial prejudice in an Anglo-American context (which, tbh, is part of the problem, but, that's a separate issue with fandom in general) and what can be done to ameliorate them. Yeah, a lot of people don't understand that ethnic oppression runs way deeper than black vs. white. Yeah, I work in a context where race relations don't work like fandom thinks they do.
