I'll be honest, Three's hair kind of alarms me.
Actually I like the One idea because of the superior duchebaggery. I figure Rose can stand back and boggle, "You are so full of yourself. I'm so glad I met you after this phase."

Last night I was amused by the idea of Rose flitting through his history and seeing all the different hims in action. And she can futilely yell at him every time he locks someone out of the TARDIS.
