I agree with this secret (not the use of the word "spade," though -- even though the saying itself is not racist the word has a racist connotation when used in relation to a black actress). I haven't seen Precious yet and Gabourey Sidibe may be a great actress (I admire her for being bold enough to skip school to audition for the part). That doesn't change the fact that she is obese and there are health problems associated with carrying that much body fat around. In general I think it's okay for people to be fat and that fat isn't necessarily unhealthy, but come on, people. There is such a thing as TOO fat, obesity-related diseases DO exist and obesity is the number one cause of heart disease which kills more women than any other disease, anyone who disagrees is just deluding themselves.
