I still think it's the greatest game in the series because it got me into Final Fantasy in the first place and I invested a lot of time into it. ;) It's a bit awkward to play now because the graphics were right between 2D and 3D's transitional period and they look like Legos, but still! :)

Seriously, there is no "greatest" game in the series because everyone's opinion will vary. VI was alright for me but I didn't play it until it had been out for years and all the other games after VII I compared to VII because it was my first Final Fantasy and I really enjoyed it.

8. Don't ever expect critiques from ff.net. You can find occasional gems on there but LJ and forum sites are better for that. And don't wait for people to critique you--tell them you want it. Some are scared of leaving detailed reviews because they don't know how the writer would react to getting it fast n' hard.

I can't tell you the path to fame, because I don't have it either. But you certainly don't get it by being meek and shy. You got to get out there, make yourself known, you know?

For most people, either VII, VI (back when it was called FFIII) or X was their first FF, which is why they hold them in great regard.

My first FF was IX, and I love that one so dearly. I also hold a similar bias for it. Come on, clueless black mages, spear-wielding rats, what's there not to love?

WE NEED MORE OF YOU. I would love to RP with some fans, and I'm, literally, recruiting friends of mine into RPing characters. (I play Luke, and I managed to get my friend to play Guy. Seriously got her to buy the game and play, just so we could RP. Luckily, she loves it.)

What's with the fandom of ToA? It seems to be getting progressively worse.

It just makes the idea of creating a serious RP comm specifically for ToA that much more tempting.

for whoever wrote #18... know its been a while, and mebbe you found it already/not interested anymore, but in case you are, look up the communities "turtleslash" and "turtlecest." Not only will you be welcopme but find there are people out there who do write/draw it, and fairly well, too ^_^ (not me, I suck at this fandom).
