Because everyone asume when you ship m/m pairing you hate the women that get in way. It's mostly true though. But I don't blame mcsheppers, because women on SGA were horribly written.

SGA had issues with writing everyone, though. They had a lot of fail, up to and including Rodney (especially in s5).

Oh, god, I know. Rodney, man - everyone's characterization was butchered at one point or another. SGA was not known for it's stellar, consistent writing.

Yeah, that's true. Sometimes when I watch the reruns of the show I wonder where all the good characters went and then I realize they were never there and I'm confusing it with the awesome fanfiction I've read.
