8. .....people actually BELIEVE in this stuff? I mean.. what? I can understand being REALLY similar to a character, and thusly feeling like you could be them (I have that with dear Hachiko~ x_x), but... believing?

Well, I'm a pretty open minded person.. and I understand in the power of belief. I do believe that anything a person can imagine must be real SOMEWHERE.. another reality, elsewhere, these things must happen. I just don't feel it's possible for a person to be a reincarnation of someone fictional. Having a bond with them is fine, but literal reincarnation.. My buddhist head has trouble wrapping around that.

It is very hard for many people to wrap their minds around. I had a hard time believing it when I first heard about it. I've met those who hold this belief that I think are just crazy. However, I have also met several who I believe. It really depends on the person. :)
