I used to show everyone every picture I finished, but mostly it would just make me feel stupid if everyone said that it was great, and a week later I would look at it with fresh eyes and see all the mistakes and doubt myself and everyone else. Now that I've gotten more serious about my art, I'm not showing anyone anything and waiting for when I'm confident enough in my art to show it to other people. I've found that this is much easier on me, although it was hard to break self-criticism at first.

It's okay if you don't have that confidence yet. Eventually, you're going to draw something great, and when you look at it the next day or in a week, it'll still be great, and you can post that with pride and without fear. It's okay to wait for that to happen, and you'll feel better when it does than if you made yourself post it before you were ready. Before that happens, you can submit something for proper critique if you want real advice on things to fix and so on, but don't feel pressured to be perfect in your art OR your fearlessness. You'll get there.
