I have this irrational fear of not being able to breathe. This extends into a fear of being in large crowds of people, drowning, and avalanches.

Dizziness. There was a time that hearing words that rhymed with "dizzy" could send me into a panic attack. I'll still walk backwards sometimes so that I don't turn around too much.

The only good part is that the technical name for my fear is dinophobia. That's pretty awesome.

Spontaneous combustion. For a while, I would try to calm myself down by sitting in the shower, but then I realized that it was my cells being incinerated so all the water in the world wouldn't help.

Don't know if this counts, but I'm terrified if being sent into an alternate universe. Every time I can't find something, I'm sure that it's been sucked into another dimension and that, sooner or later, I'll be dragged into it, too. Going through revolving doors, driving (or walking) through wooded areas and anesthesia all invoke this same fear.

Animals in places where they aren't supposed to be. By that, I mean something like that specific type of bees that live underground (so you could just be walking around and step on an underground beehive fakjsdljfaskdf), or water snakes. Pretty scary shit, amirite?

I'm terrified of being paralyzed (but weirdly into being consensually tied down?)

sometimes when I'm half asleep after a nap or when I've had an unrestful night, I feel like my body has been paralyzed and someone is suffocating me and I can't move or breathe and it's the most fucking terrifying thing ever.

Muppets. I'm not kidding. And I have not a single clue why. But when they show up in F!S I have to scroll past quickly. I however do not ask for trigger warning on them! The panicky feeling does go away after an hour or so.

I have this weird fear of the ocean. It's like, deep water...looking out over the ocean from above it scares me...and big fish and whales. Like, I can snorkel with a pep talk to myself, but I freak out when I see underwater photos of whales and such. I went to Pearl Harbor as a kid and nearly had a panic attack. IDK what it is specifically...things underwater? I dunno. Small fish don't bother me.

I fucking hate needles--but only in the context of, like, vaccines, blood tests, stuff like that. For whatever reason, I am completely okay with tattoo/piercing needles. (Also, in the same vein (ba dum tiss), I can't stand stinging insects. Or flies.)
