SPOILERS: the doctor is killed at the end of the film. So are the two police officers who have come to investigate the disappearance of the tourists. Two of the victims are dead at the end and the one still alive is trapped between them. I like your sense of hope, but the end of the film leaves little hope for her survival. She couldn't possibly move the other two bodies to escape, even if she was able to get to a phone she doesn't speak the language and her mouth is sewn to a man's anus, so that's not going to be helpful... the only option I could think of for her would be if the police sent someone else to follow up the disappearance of the other two officers. Which, thankfully, actually seems kind of likely since they had returned to get a search warrant before coming back to the house and it's likely they shared the uncooperative behavior of the evil doctor. So maybe she will survive, but the doctor already got his fate... though a much easier one than he deserved.

SHHHHHHHHHHHH. It's like an EPILOGUE. Like one of those little scenes that roll after the credits, where everything is just MAGICALLY RESOLVED and it doesn't matter how.

Besides, this is anon's happy ending crackfic. It doesn't need LOGIC -- any more than the rest of the movie, at least; seriously, a complete digestive system that has three beginnings and three ends? Any doctor worth his salt would at least do some colon resectioning to make it an *actual* continuous digestive tract, but that would, of course, eliminate the shock fetish porn element of the premise.

that's true... there's a scene where the front guy has a bowel movement and the doctor is so happy about it, he keeps saying 'yes, feed her! feed her!' and it is awful.

I just saw this movie recently and I spent awhile afterward trying to think of ways she could escape, but all I could come up with was if more police came to find her. but then I tried to scrub my brain free of the memories (though they still kept infiltrating while I was trying to fall asleep later).
