I've never gotten why everyone loves Megatokyo so much. To me, it seems like the epitome of American otakuism, complete with fanspeak and mock-anime art that... isn't really that great! I draw mock-anime style too, but the stories and characters I draw don't endorse American otakuism and dumb crap like that, and they actually look like real people.

Also, my characters actually have eyes.

I doubt I'd ever take up comicing, because I'd suck at it, but I've seen far better anime-style comics than Megatokyo. Ones that actually have story, too.
