I'm not sure why you think it's objectifying a real group of people. It's female-looking humans with completely functional vaginas, completely formed dicks, but no balls. I don't think that describes anyone-no transexuals, no intersexuals, no one. Most of the futa characters are the result of magic or treated like a separate race of beings. Might as well say porn with demons or tentacle monsters or harpies or whatever are objectifying REAL magical creatures, because that's just as fictional.

Some dickgirl porn is like that (where essentially the girl grows a dick where the clitoris would've been I guess?) but there's also dickgirl porn where the girls have balls. In fact, years ago when I used to lurk in /d/ ('cause it was fun, at least in 2006 it was) anons would have arguments all the time over whether or not liking dickgirls was "gay" and the general consensus was that it was only gay if the dickgirls had balls. LOL yeah I know.

Well, even so, it's still a pretty mythical outlook on hermaphroditism, and there's a big disconnect between them and any real group of people.

And yeah, /d/ is silly. That's how I know all this, I don't even like futa (icon is a hint hint about why I go). They're pretty insecure about being labeled gay, but that's a whole 'nother can of tuna. I feel like futa, at its core, is objectifying an imaginary version of humans instead of a real one, so it's kind of hard to claim its objectifying a real group of people. If it was capitalizing on a real style of intersexuality or transexualism, maybe there'd be a case.

Not OP but personally, I only masturbate to chicks with dicks if they also have balls. Dick with no balls just looks wrong to me. I actually even prefer them without vaginas. I don't know if that's technically even still futanari, but it still gets labeled as such pretty frequently. Some pre-op transwomen fit this description of "female looking person with a penis" though I've always felt in RL "tranny porn" they look too residually manly.

Without vaginas is just pre-op? I think vagina + penis + boobs is the main defining factor of futa. But it's all semantics. Really I was just arguing about whether there's a connect between futa and a real group of people; I don't particularly think there's anything wrong with liking porn of a real group, objectifying or no. Porn is porn for a reason. It bothers me when groups are objectified outside of porn, where they shouldn't be.

A person born male can become pretty feminine looking through hormone treatment, though I guess in order to get the full effect of appearing like a character in dickgirl drawings, you'd probably have to have some plastic surgery, specifically breast implants. In order to still have a cock, though, they'd have to be sans whatever surgery would give them a vagina (though I guess calling it "pre-op" is insensitive to transwomen don't want that surgery)

It's not hot to me if there are no balls, it's also not hot if there IS a vagina.

Totally female body + totally male genital region = fucking hot.
Also, I much, much prefer if it's this + a regular woman, not a guy. This is apparently doing it wrong, because there isn't a lot of it out there.

I feel the same about a certain character. If she's written/drawn with a vagina, even with a penis, it's not cool with me. The story or drawing HAS to have balls, too, or I can't enjoy it. Not only does it look wrong to my eyes, but she can still menstruate or get pregnant with a vagina (even with the dick), and those things feel so wrong for this particular character. By having the whole male package, I don't have to worry about either of those things happening. She seems like the kind of girl who would enjoy impregnating, not getting pregnant herself.

I write this character with a completely male genital region, and she only bangs girls. I know how hard it is to find, so I've felt compelled to do it myself.
