I assume you're upset by the phrase "boys will be boys" because you feel it's sexist (which it is, but I don't want to turn this into one of those posts *g*). But I'm pretty sure it was meant to be a joke and seeing that Rob Thurman goes out of her way to write strong proactive female characters and to include POC in her works, I really can't fault her for using the phrase like that (as what I'm sure is meant to be a joke).

If you're upset that they burned down a museum then ...I don't really know what to tell you *g* Not that I support the burning of museums, but hey it's a book and Cal not caring about all the priceless artifacts is quite in character *g*

haha Yeah, I'm sure Niko was not happy about it. I'm interested to see WHY they burned a museum down, but really all we can do is wait to read the book and find out. I cannot wait til next spring! *is so excited*
