Well, as someone going into zoology I'm a little ashamed to admit I'm not entirely sure(though since they're definitely crustaceans and there's at least 50,000 species in that subphylum...), but considering there's a macro that mislabels them as trilobites(all the species in the subphylum of arthropods they belong to are extinct) I started looking around the species commonly mistaken for trilobites(and at different orders of trilobites to see if it was a faked picture and they really were supposed to be trilobites) and though I'm not sure which exact species they appear to be a Giant isopod (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Giant_isopod) of some sort.

...yeah, what they really are has been bugging me for a long time.
