I do think Severus cared about Harry in his own way. I mean, in his final scene, he wanted to look into Harry's eyes to see Lily one last time. Because of his mother, Harry was valued to Severus, but he would obviously never come out and say anything because he's not like that. Not to mention he also hated Harry because he was James's son. It's so..so..so complex.

I don't know...I'm a Snape fan so I can see alot of depth to it. Probably more then JKR intended, lol. But hey, I like the fanon better than the canon anyways, so keep rocking on my fellow Snape-fen! ;D
