I think you may just be using that as an excuse, OP. If you are completely sincere and not exaggerating, then you should seek professional help. Agoraphobia and social anxiety can be crippling.

Get some help.

If you die before you see this movie, you will be dead. The end. There probably shan't be any hating yourself for not seeing the film. And if we are picturing an afterlife where hating yourself for not seeing a film is plausible, is seeing the film not also plausible?

Your chances of dyeing in some accident, pretty low if you leave the house, probably about the same as your chances if you stay in the house (unless you plan on zigzagging back and for across the street in traffic).

I originally came here to say this exact thing, except I wouldn't have been so nice about it.
