Personally, people reading anything sexual into CPR has always kinda squicked me :|

Seriously. Kirk and Spock had contact with the ladies in TOS, and that didn't slow K/S down any. With all of the talk the film threw around about Kirk and Spock having an epic life-defining relationship, it didn't feel gay-neutralized to me.
