There is no one definition of the absolute perfect body/soul, but we all have a notion of how we would like to look or behave, ideally. If we take the lyrics to refer to that (or even to a body/soul that the "you" of the song would find perfect) rather than some mythical idea of perfection then I'm p sure it does in fact apply to everybody. Kind of a fun paradox here since your own definition of a 'perfect' body might include that body having imperfections!
