As much as I want to have blind faith in you, kid, it's totally unlikely. Unless you have something really crazy going for you, there's no way one is gonna stand out from a crowd of some... thirty thousand? And that's just counting the fans on LJ. You'd really have had to be here since forever ago. Which you weren't, because time travel is not okay.

HOWEVER! Why on earth do you want to be a BNF? Didn't you see what happened to Mithrigil and Puella? Why not just be a high-ranking fan, who gets a good number of reviews on their fics and is well-liked? Why you gotta expose yourself to that kind of pressure and scrutiny?

...Wow, that came out sounding bitchier than I expected. Uhhh. Believe in yourself?

Please don't worry! You're just giving me a reality check, which is probably the thing that I really need the most right now. I'm really thankful for that.

That may be, but I'm just stubborn. I'd still like to tread this path. I guess people can't blame for not trying? I just love this fandom too much.

I know it really does pretentious and all, but it's really just something I have to do. I hope you'll understand. Although I think pressure and scrutiny won't be ruling factors for me anytime in the near future.
