Seriously, I see a guy without armpit hair and I start wondering why the hell he shaves his armpits. And it's a question I really shouldn't have to ask.

Also I hate when people take characters who are CANONICALLY hairy and then mysteriously remove all their hair when they're not looking. SURPRISE WAX ATTACK or something. _{(HETALIA FANDOM WHY U DO DIS TO FRANCE)}

No, I would assume she did it because societal norms dictated that she do so. This reason doesn't work for men.

Well, I know it's hard to believe, but some people feel 'cleaner' with their armipts shaved, men included. :/

I'm pretty sure I remember France shaving his chest hair in canon at least once, and Himaruya seems to have "waxed" him in the recent tanktop picture as well. So why shouldn't the fandom be allowed to do this as well?

Also, double standards much if it's ok for girls to shave their armpits but not for guys? Some people (guys included) don't like hairy armpits, and others might do it solely for hygienic reasons. And who knows how many other reasons exist.
