Only separated out the major/predominantly English-speaking nations because there are probably way more of even one of those than any of the others combined.

This isn't about politics, it's about geographical, physical location. You don't have to identify as an American to be from the US! Chill!

Some parts of the Caribbean identify as North American, although most don't. I think Greenland might count? Also there are still a few French islands around the St. Lawrence off Canada's east coast, and some native groups don't associate with either country (see hubbub with an Aboriginal lacrosse team being denied access to the World Cup as they were travelling on their native nation's passport rather than a Canadian one).
