While we're doing scientifically-unsound polls, might as well do this one too!

Only separated out the major/predominantly English-speaking nations because there are probably way more of even one of those than any of the others combined.

This isn't about politics, it's about geographical, physical location. You don't have to identify as an American to be from the US! Chill!

I get that, but if it's being done by physical geographical location the way you said, doing it by continent would have made much more sense, that being "Africa - Antarctica - Asia - Europe - North America - South America - Oceania". If it's going by English-speaking countries, there are plenty of those which weren't included on the poll. But, North America got three categories all to itself, which, let's face it, is firmly North-American centric and can't be explained otherwise. It's not surprising, but that's what it is.

As I said, I figured people who were from North America but not the USA or Canada, or Europe but not the UK, would probably like to know how many other people were the same.

So basically the response to "this is American-centric" is, as expected, "yes, this is American-centric".

The purpose of the subcategories was to split apart the chunks of numbers that I knew would dominate the poll anyway. The subcategories so far, according to the numbers, are significant (numerically). Think what you want of it, I guess.
