Okay, so I'm fairly sure that the "personal attack" that didn't get posted is, in fact, the secret I submitted. Because the last time I submitted it, it didn't get posted. And since today was the last day for this batch, it's obviously not gonna get posted this time either.

The thing is, I don't see how it can qualifies as a personal attack. Hell, I even reworded it when I resubmitted it just to utterly STRESS that fact. It concerns someone's -- no names given! -- icons; a subject that's been ranted about plenty of times here before. So why isn't mine okay?

Yesterday was the last day for the last batch, this is a new batch today.

But anyway, when you call someone's icon which is an icon of themselves -- "disgusting," (that was the word you used) yeah, that goes into personal.

To quote you, a couple of minutes ago: "Someone not liking your fic is not a personal attack against you. It just isn't."

Now replace "fic" with "icon". In my secret I said that I thought the icon was disgusting (not the person herself; I made that utterly clear), and the secret that you defended today contained terms such as "atrocious writing", "YOU and your shit writing", and so forth. It's the same damn thing, except that mine was A LOT less harsh.

I know some people who would disagree rather vehemently. But whatever.

It's not like I would've said -- or even thought -- it was disgusting, if it weren't for the pose (it's like the throat-version of GOATSE for fuck's sake) and the lighting/coloring and so forth; it really has very little to do with the person herself! I kept stressing that it was a personal hang-up, and that I just felt grossed out having to see it EVERYWHERE.

I think you're being really random in your judgement of what constitutes as a personal attack and what doesn't, what with letting through secrets that are worded a lot more personal than mine, but I guess it doesn't matter. Nothing I say will ~*~help you see the errors of your way~*~, clearly. So! How would you like me to word it for it to be acceptable?

I'm not sure how you CAN reword it not to be a personal attack. Maybe mention that it's the specific poses that bother you, not the person herself?

I didn't ask how to reword it not to be a personal attack -- as it never was one, especially compared to the secrets you do let pass. I asked how I could reword it to suit your fancy (whatever it happens to be at that particular moment, as you're obviously not consistent).
